Managed outbound for commercial cleaners · About a 3-minute read

A clear look at what the pilot includes.

ServiceOps Pipeline researches local facilities, conducts client-approved business outreach, handles initial reply qualification, and routes qualified responses to a commercial cleaning company’s sales team. It is a managed prospecting service. It does not include software, a shared lead marketplace, or an inbound-ad service.

Founding-client status: This is an early-stage service. We do not have published client case studies yet. The first engagements are scoped as pilots, with weekly reporting and payment tied to attended qualified appointments.

Who it fits

  • Commercial cleaning companies with multiple crews (typically five or more field employees)
  • A defined U.S. service area and capacity for at least two additional recurring accounts
  • A representative who can respond to opportunities, estimate the work, and deliver service

Who it does not fit

  • Solo residential-only operators
  • Teams with no capacity to take on accounts
  • Buyers expecting us to provide guaranteed contracts, revenue, or a fixed number of booked meetings

What the first engagement covers

One focused 30-day campaign

One metro · one facility segment · one campaign
$0 upfront
$125 per attended qualified appointmentA relevant commercial decision-maker within the agreed metro and facility segment attends a scheduled discussion or walkthrough about cleaning needs.
First-month cap: $1,000At most eight billable appointments in the first 30 days. No-shows, duplicates, existing customers, and out-of-scope facilities do not count.
Research and verification of an agreed target listYour written scope sets the list target, outreach volume, and sending setup before launch. Sending capacity, follow-up spacing, and data quality determine how many contacts can be worked in 30 days.
Three-message sequenceInitial outreach and up to two follow-ups, with opt-outs suppressed.
Weekly outcome reportDelivery, bounces, replies, qualified opportunities, opt-outs, and next actions.
Market/segment exclusivityOne cleaning contractor per selected metro and facility segment during the engagement.

There is no upfront management fee for the first 30 days. The pilot starts at campaign launch, after readiness and client approval. The sending identity, mailbox capacity, list target, message budget, qualification criteria, and launch date must be agreed in writing before launch. No additional list, advertising, or other pass-through costs are incurred without written approval.

What counts as a reportable opportunity

A relevant business decision-maker at a facility within the approved scope explicitly does at least one of the following:

  • Shows willingness to discuss a cleaning need, quote, or walkthrough
  • Confirms an upcoming bid or vendor-review window
  • Permits a follow-up on a specific date about a future cleaning review

Referrals remain referrals until the referred decision-maker confirms interest or timing. Repeated replies about the same facility and buying need count once. Future timing is reported separately from active bid discussions and confirmed appointments.

What the handoff contains

Each routed opportunity includes the facility context and research source, contact name and role, verified business email where available, the prospect’s stated interest or timing, relevant reply context, and the agreed next step. We do not count names, opens, clicks, or automated replies as opportunities.

Opportunity records include the research source, contact role, relevant response context, qualification reason, and next step. This describes the report layout only; it is not a customer result or testimonial. View a completed fictional handoff and the economics calculator.
What triggers a chargeOnly an attended, qualified appointment or walkthrough is billable. A reply, future review date, or booked meeting that does not take place is reported but not billed. We share live opportunities promptly, report progress weekly, and review the pilot together after 30 days. There is no guarantee of contracts, revenue, or a fixed number of appointments.

How delivery works

Confirm fit and capacity

Agree on the metro, segment, services, exclusions, target account profile, minimum contract economics, and available capacity.

Approve before launch

The client supplies accurate claims, suppression data, postal address, a working calendar, and an authorized contact; then reviews the target and sample messages.

Research and contact

Build and check business records, send the approved sequence conservatively, honor opt-outs, and stop or correct material data-quality issues.

Route and report

Share qualified replies with context and the next step. A meeting is called booked only after the prospect confirms a date and time. The cleaning company controls estimates, proposals, and closing.

What we do not claim

  • No guaranteed reply, meeting count, contract, revenue, or return
  • No fabricated case studies, testimonials, or client results
  • No consumer contact lists or shared resale of your opportunities
  • No outreach claims or client proof without approval and evidence

Before any campaign launches

A signed agreement, completed onboarding, approved claims and messages, suppression data, and a working client calendar are required. The client must respond promptly to a qualified opportunity. If those steps are not complete, custom fulfillment does not begin.

Start with a fit check
