Agree the geography, facility type, and exclusions before outreach.
For commercial cleaners with room to grow
Keep prospecting moving while you run the cleaning business.
We research facilities in your service area, contact the people responsible for cleaning contracts, and follow up. Your team gets relevant replies with the context needed to take the next step.
Start with an email fit review. No payment or meeting required to inquire.
Founding pilot: $0 upfront for 30 days. One metro, one facility type, and $125 per attended qualified appointment, capped at eight billable appointments in month one. Scope agreed before launch.
Exclusivity in your agreed market during the active paid engagement.
Your team handles walkthroughs, pricing, proposals, and cleaning.
Make growth fit the operation
The goal is work your team can serve profitably.
If these are the gaps in your current sales process, a focused prospecting campaign may help.
Sales keeps slipping behind the day’s work.
Staffing, site checks, and client issues need attention. Prospect research and follow-up need someone responsible for them, too.
WHAT WE TAKE ONA defined prospect list, approved email sequence, response handling, and weekly reporting.
The wrong account can stretch your crews.
A building outside your route, below your minimum, or beyond your capabilities may not be worth quoting.
WHAT WE FILTER FORYour service area, facility type, minimum account criteria, and exclusions. Unknown details are flagged for qualification.
A name and email leave you more work.
You still need to know who handles the contract, whether there’s a reason to talk, and what to do next.
WHAT WE HAND OVERThe actual reply, contact role, facility context, timing, open questions, and a clear next action.
What you are buying
A focused campaign. A clear deliverable at each stage.
We manage the prospecting work. You approve the market and message, then handle the opportunities that need your expertise.
Define the right work
Set the metro, facility type, services, minimum account criteria, capacity, and exclusions.
You receive: a written campaign brief.
Review before launch
Inspect sample targets and messages. We use claims you approve and agree the sending setup.
You receive: sample records, messages, and a launch plan.
Keep following through
Run approved outreach, follow up, honor opt-outs, and qualify the responses.
You receive: relevant replies with context and next actions.
Review what happened
Track delivery, replies, future timing, active interest, and confirmed appointments separately.
You receive: a weekly outcome report and next actions.
Your team’s part: provide accurate service details, approve the campaign, respond to opportunities, run walkthroughs, prepare estimates, and close the work. A salesperson or closer is not included.
Clear qualification
Know exactly what counts.
One opportunity per facility and buying need. Repeated replies do not inflate the count.
An explicit next step from the right person
- A relevant decision-maker is willing to discuss a cleaning need, quote, or walkthrough.
- They confirm an upcoming bid or vendor-review window.
- They agree to a dated follow-up about a future cleaning review.
Future timing is reported separately from active interest. A meeting is booked only after the prospect confirms a date and time.
Enough context to follow through
Get the reply, role, facility details, qualification reason, timing, and unanswered questions. Referrals and vague “send information” responses need further qualification.
Contact records, opens, clicks, and automated replies are not opportunities.

Questions a cleaning owner should ask.
Built for established commercial cleaners with capacity and someone available to estimate and close.
We already get referrals. Why would we need this?
You may not. If referrals already keep your crews full with profitable accounts, this pilot may not add enough value. It fits a specific gap: you have room for more recurring work in a defined market and need a consistent prospecting process.
Do I need a salesperson?
You need a person who can respond, assess the building, price the work, and close. That can be the owner. We manage prospecting and reply coordination; estimating and closing stay with your team.
Are these facilities already looking for a cleaner?
Not necessarily. Research identifies businesses that fit your criteria. Outreach establishes whether there is interest or a future review. We do not describe a researched contact as a ready-to-buy lead.
How many facilities will you contact?
Before launch, we agree on a target list size, sending setup, outreach volume, and launch date based on your market and the available sending capacity. We report researched contacts, delivered messages, replies, and qualified opportunities separately. A researched contact is not a conversation or appointment.
What happens if the pilot produces little interest?
There is no upfront management fee for the first 30 days. You pay only for qualified appointments or walkthroughs that actually take place under the criteria agreed in writing. We review activity and results together at day 30; contracts and revenue are not guaranteed.
Will you also work with my competitor?
We serve one cleaning contractor per agreed metro and facility segment during an active paid engagement. Exclusivity applies to that defined market and period, not every geography or facility type.
For the first two founding clients
See whether the pilot fits your business.
Tell us your service area and capacity. We’ll review the fit, then reply by email with questions or a proposed next step.
$125 per attended qualified appointment or walkthrough · maximum 8 billable appointments ($1,000) in month one
- One metro, one facility segment, one campaign
- A researched and verified target list with a written list and sending target agreed before launch
- Initial outreach and up to two follow-ups within the agreed sending capacity
- Reply qualification, calendar coordination, and weekly reporting
A billable appointment requires an in-scope commercial decision-maker who agrees to discuss cleaning needs and actually attends. No-shows, duplicates, existing customers, and out-of-scope facilities are excluded. We agree on one metro, one facility segment, and the exact criteria in writing before launch. Weekly updates and immediate handoff of live opportunities are included. Additional pass-through costs require written approval.
